Refunds, Exchanges, & Cancellations:

Tiny Pineapple Boutique will not do refunds. The exception being a error on our end. Please contact our shop tinypineappleboutique@gmail.com so we can do our best to resolve it. No exchanges are allowed. All orders are final sale. In the case we decide to offer a exchange, item must first be returned in new/unused condition, no signs of wear.

 Shipping:

Orders will ship within 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS for ready to ship items and 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS for clothing items, beginning the day after purchase date. This could possibly change to 1-10 (BUSINESS DAYS) depending on volume of orders, especially with a new release. Shipping is flat rate of $5 through USPS. Orders will ship either First Class Package or USPS Priority Mail. Please be aware once you receive a tracking number, it does not mean your order will ship out (update) the same or next day.

Policies:

Please remember that these bows are handmade and no two will be the same. Handle with care and follow the care instructions as directed.

Headwraps/Nylons are NOT a toy and shouldn't be trusted as such. Never leave a child unattended while wearing a Headwrap/Nylon-Sleeping or in a Car Seat out of sight. Buyer is assumed responsible and liable for all Tiny Pineapple Boutique items.
